1. General information

LUNDI is an intelligent digital system for orders, reservations, and service in restaurants, bars, hotels, and resorts. By accessing the site and/or using our services you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Registration and accounts

Certain features may require a business account. By creating an account you declare that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into contracts.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Use of the service

LUNDI services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:

• Attempting to compromise the security or operation of the platform.
• Using the service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Copying, modifying, or reselling platform elements without written consent.
• Actions that interfere with other customers' use of the service.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the content, design, logo, text, and software code of the platform belong to LUNDI or our licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use beyond permitted use is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the platform available without interruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur. Where possible, customers will be notified in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUNDI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. This does not limit liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable Bulgarian law.

7. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email to registered customers at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
